My home town had a bunch of these guys on the shelf right now, along with all the other figures warming the pegs.   Roll Eyes

The M.A.R.S Troopers 3 pack.

In there plastic holders.

Out of their packaging.

Sans gear, the Troopers was hard to get off.  I was afraid if I pulled to hard it would snap.  But success.

Hmm now whats behind those doors...oh the stands and two pistols.

And since I live in Canada we get the international packaging which comes with precut cards in Francaise and Espanol, the english ones are on the back that you have to cut out.

The Officer has the cooler accessories, he comes with proper weapons that are the right size and a cool looking knife.  The Troopers have those big ugly grey guns, but they can actually hold them.  It takes a little effort to get them in their hands since as usual they are not molded to hold the guns.  Which is good since they'd end up having Roadblock sized hands.

I actually like these guys, they seem more like low ranking Iron Grenadiers, like The Enemy Troopers, which they seem to be a cross between.  At 25 bucks (canadian) they are a bit over priced, I won't buy another one unless they go on clearence.

What?! These are on your shelves?  I understand this set to be an on-line exclusive only, and even then  not available until June or July.  Maybe its not the same in Canada.  I think these figures look great, and will sell really well in the stores around here.  Have any movie figures hit US shelves anywhere?

Not according to anyone on the Joe boards, they have been popping up on e-bay thought.  It's believed these MARS Troopers have appeared on Canadian shelves due to the international packaging.

Yeah score one for Canada, we actually get something before the States.   Grin  Usually we're behind.

For some reason after I wrote that post, all I've been able to think about is that next year we should do a Beaver-Viper for our April Fool's card...

I don't know why....I'm not even a Canadian, I just live here. Go figure

.....though our Coke tastes way better (although it'll also kill you much faster ...ah well)

There's been more popping up with an interesting looking unconfirmed female character.

Some think it might be the new female Dial-Tone from the comic, just go on over to The Terror Drome to check her out.  The figure looks awesome.

There's something not right about that figure tho.  The strap along the top of her breasts looks uncomfortable.  And she has scary eyes.

LOL well...I guess it would be uncomfortable.  My first impression of it was WOW BOOBS!   Cheesy  I mean it does accentuate them a bit.  Wink  Yep the eyes do look scary but I assume this was mostly a hand painted preproduction figure.  I'm sure she'll have more subtle eyes (I hope).  I can see a lot of dreadnok customs coming from this figure.  She has a dominatrix look to her.
