I'm not using the Uniqueness Rule, and I have two copies of a soldier in my ranks. If he has an ability, do I use that ability twice?
Yes. If the ability is one that happens at a specific time, like Tunnel Rat's Defuse ability, you
do each ability one at a time. See the section in the rule book, "Doing What Cards Say."
